As a Backoffice & Operations specialist, you will work closely with the business and be responsible for a large part of the administrative and operational flow within the company. The role is broad and varied, ensuring that processes, documentation, and customer cases are handled correctly and efficiently.
This is not a pure analyst role, but rather an operational and administrative position where structure, accountability, and attention to detail are crucial for success.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage invoice flows as well as incoming and outgoing payments.
- Work with credit documentation and contract management.
- Conduct customer onboarding and administer KYC and AML processes.
- Work within CRM systems and ensure accurate data registration.
- Follow up on payments and handle ongoing administrative matters.
- Coordinate internal processes and support the business in daily operations.
- Ensure that documentation and customer information are correct and up to date.
You will work closely with management and the business side, quickly gaining significant autonomy. The role offers broad insight into the financial sector and suits you if you want to build a long-term career in this field.

- Have post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or similar.
- Are responsible and enjoy administrative tasks.

- Have good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Advantageous:
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or backoffice work.
- Experience with CRM systems or other administrative business systems.
